Henry Cisneros, who founded BioMed SA more than five years ago to promote and expand San Antonio’s health and science sector, has stepped down as chairman of its executive committee. On Wednesday, BioMed’s executive committee elected Kenneth Trevett, president and CEO of the Southwest Foundation for Biomedical Research, as Cisneros’ replacement.
