Abstract
Isolated antibodies that bind to a nucleoprotein or a portion thereof of a plurality of ebolaviral species, such as Zaire ebolavirus (EBOV), Sudan ebolavirus (SUDV), Bundibugyo ebolavirus (BDBV), Taï Forest ebolavirus (TAFV), Reston ebolavirus (RESTV), Bombali ebolavirus (BOMV), are provided. Compositions comprising the antibodies and immunoassay methods for detecting the presence or amount of an ebolaviral nucleoprotein or a portion thereof using the antibodies are also provided.
